In the event that an art works becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with the option to choose an alternative art work, or cancel your order and receive a refund.

D. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship print orders promptly, typically within 7 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and shipping method chosen at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as customs processing or inclement weather.

E. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the art work(s) within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
1. The art work(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
2. You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions and a return authorization (RA) number.

F. Refunds

Once we receive your returned art work(s) and verify that they meet the above conditions, we will process your refund within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase, excluding any shipping costs or handling fees.

Please note that it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.

G. Product Quality

The art works sold on our website are high-quality and the original artworks created by Andreea. The quality may be different from images you see in our website to the actual art work in the reality.
